XGolf Simulator Open
The Golf Simulator, located in the last building near the fence in the Sea Breeze Club House block is open for play. It is available for Residents and their Guests to use all of whom must be over 18 years of age. It is an Alcohol free area. Further information on its use can be found on the Golf Website.

New building next to outdoor lap pool. Closes at 9pm. You need your own personalised card to use the gym equipments. Card can be obtained from gym instructor on Friday mornings but first you need a doctor certificate regarding your health conditions.
